3rd Annual Conference Oil & Gas Communications: North Africa & the Middle East Grand Hyatt Hotel, Cairo, June 16th & 17th, 2008 |
|
Conference Objectives
Efficient communication is essential for operational success in the MENA ‘oil & gas patch’. E & P activities across the energy vertical increasingly require broadband ICT networking capacity for ‘digital oilfield’ applications that are dependent on state-of-the-art hybrid solutions, with both pure-play and hybridised technologies playing a vital role in providing essential connectivity in various challenging climatic and geographic environments.
This event, organised by UK Event Management Partners and supported by the GVF, follows two widely acclaimed Oil & Gas Communications conferences held in Cairo in 2006 and 2007. The third in the series will again bring together key leaders and experts from the oil & gas sector and ICT specialists into one high-level discussion and networking forum at which the nature of the communications imperatives of the energy market vertical will be fully addressed.
