The first and second Broadband Maritime Communications Conferences (February 2009 and February 2010) were devoted to the maritime sector in South East Asia, and the third (June 2010) to European and newly emergent Arctic sea lanes navigation and communications. Now, for the second year, the GVF and the Event Management Partners (EMP) Partnership has pleasure in presenting a conference programme dedicated to evolutionary developments in maritime communications services and technology deployments throughout the European region and beyond to the latitudes of the high Arctic.
